An open width frame double jersey circular knitting machine differs from a regular circular knitting machine in that it has an additional set of needles and a fabric take-down mechanism that allows the fabric to be produced in an open width format, rather than in a tubular form. This means that the fabric is knitted flat and can be cut and sewn into various shapes and sizes, whereas tubular fabric can only be used for items such as socks or seamless garments. The open width format also allows for greater flexibility in the design and construction of the fabric.

Packing:

Wooden box package is our standard & recommended packing, and the machine will be in sealed status. If export to european countries,the wooden material will be fumigated. For remoted countries, we suggest to use vacuum package.
